Think Star Trek meets Star Wars, Game of Thrones in the style of 8-bit Super Mario, Ninja Turtles dining at Jabba the Pizza Hut; Porcupus is all about the mash up. A love affair between a porcupine and an octopus, that's how Porcupus was born.
Our core mission in this identity confused multiverse is to procreate unique product experiences via unholy unions between various genres of popular geek culture, ultimately connecting nerds and soon-to-be-nerds alike across the multigalaxy.
Featuring stuff made and designed by artists with an eye for the Doctor Strange and both hearts of Doctor Who, our
store aims to deliver cool gifts with mind twisting artwork that we
guarantee are praying against all odds you won't find anywhere else! More than just a collection of clever T-shirts or silly pajamas, you’ll find living necessities such as fluffy pillows, apparels, toys, office and home decoration items, collectibles, and much more for you and your loved ones. We here at Porcupus are constantly wondering aloud thoughts such as 'what if Arya had a lightsabre?’ or 'Rick & Morty versus Deadpool' or 'cast of Firefly and Guardians of the Galaxy swap places' or ‘porcelain octopus!’ And when we're not, we're busily expanding our collection of authentic products and creating new and wondrous things to stimulate our fans' needs for new and wondrous things.

How are your t-shirts printed?
Each item on
Porcupus is printed especially for you once you place an order. Our production
partners use the newest technologies to turn great designs into liveable art.
For our basic mens,
womens & kids apparel as well as any other fabric products, we
use direct to garment (DTG) printing, which involves applying a pre-treatment
before loading the garment into a printer. This ensures the prints sink into
the fibres of the textile, making them much more long wearing than traditional
‘transfer’ prints, which just sit on top.

Are your products cotton?
Mostly. Most of our
basic mens, womens & kids tees are cotton. We provide the details on the
product materials on each product page.
What’s that smell?
You might notice
something a little extra with your new garments. Any extra residue and strange
odours are caused by a process used to print the design. Don’t worry, it’s
non-toxic. Washing it in cold water and hanging it to dry should do the trick.
How should I care for my Porcupus garments?
By wearing them every day! Be wary of washing and drying on a
high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High temperature
washes can fade and crack the print, and high temperature dryer settings can
shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. In order for you to prolong
the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent
and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric
softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out
if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

How do I set up a Porcupus Account? To set up an account, just click here or go to the Account icon on the top right corner of the page. Fill up the required fields and you're good to go.
How do I change my details? You'll be able to change your details by visiting your account page.
Can I sign up with facebook or Google? Yes. You will be able to sign up with a single click of a button by using our social logins.

At Porcupus, we understand that payments can get messy. So we've tried our best to make the process quick and painless.
What are the accepted methods of payment? We currently only accept payments via PayPal. You DO NOT require a PayPal account to complete the transaction. If you do not have a PayPal account then all you need is a valid credit card to process payment. Proceed to complete your order with PayPal and you will be directed to a payment page where you can select the option to "Pay With Credit Card or Debit Card". We do not accept BitCoin at the moment but we will be looking into expanding our payment methods in the near future.
How are my payment details stored? All payments to Porcupus are processed securely by PayPal. We take your privacy and security very seriously and all account and payment details will be kept confidential and secure.

What currency are your prices in? All our prices are listed as USD by default. You can change the currency that appears by using our currency converter on the top right hand corner of the page. Please take note that all prices will go back to the default USD currency at the checkout page.
Can my billing address and shipping address be different? Yes. You can have a different address for shipping but please triple check the shipping address at checkout. We will not be responsible for orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping address. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for a second delivery attempt if the order has been returned to us. Refunds will not be provided for orders lost due to incorrect shipping address.
What is the estimated delivery date for my order? All our products are made to order and might take a longer time to reach you. Please expect an estimated 3 to 7 days for U.S shipping and an estimated 7 to 14 days for international shipping. If in the case you haven't received your order after 30 days, please contact us at email@example.com or via our live chat button and provide us with your order number so we can do a quick check on the status of your order.
Can I stack discount or coupon codes? Please take note that you can only use one promotion code or coupon code per order. No stacking allowed. Our discount and coupon codes are for one time use only. You will be provided with a unique code when you qualify for a discount or a coupon.
Can I use a discount or coupon code with the free worldwide shipping offer? Definitely. The free worldwide shipping offer applies to the first 1000 orders made on Porcupus and it will automatically be applied at checkout. No code is required to be eligible for free worldwide shipping.
I've lost my discount code. Is there any way I can retrieve it? Most definitely. If you've deleted the email with the discount code or forgot to save it somewhere, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our live chat button at the bottom left of the page and provide us with your registered email address with Porcupus and we will send it to you again. Please note that if the coupon or discount code has already been used, we will not be able to furnish you with a new code.

Something wrong with your Porcupus purchase? No worries. We
can figure out a solution together. Each Porcupus product is carefully designed and created especially for you and
because of that, we are unable to offer refunds or returns without putting a
few conditions in place.

What is your return policy?
We do offer returns, exchanges, and refunds if you're not satisfied with your purchase but do bear in mind that return
shipping will be at your own cost.
How long do I have to
return the items?
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we are truly sorry we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
What items are
eligible for return?
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible
for return. Gift cards and free gifts from Porcupus are also not eligible for
How do I make a
return? In order to submit a return, you will need to visit our Returns Centre and
provide the necessary details. Please note that you will need the order number
to process the return.
How long does it take
to process my return? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and
we will credit the payment method you used with the refund. Please take note that any shipping costs and any form of taxes will not be included in the refund.
I haven’t received my refund. What
do I do? If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned time frame, first check your email
again. Search for any email from our Returns Centre that states whether your
return has been approved or rejected. If your return has been approved but you
still have yet to receive the refund, please contact us at
How can I make an
exchange? We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
report a defective or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number
and attach an image of the defective or damaged product and we will work on getting it replaced for you.
Can I return a gift? If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you directly,
you will be eligible for a return. Once the returned item is received, a gift
certificate will be mailed to you via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the
order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please obtain the order
number to process the return and to receive the gift certificate. Is there any charge
for returns? There will be no additional costs such as restocking fees or administration fees for returns. Do take note that you will
be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

How can I qualify for free shipping? Free worldwide shipping is eligible for all orders at Porcupus. There is no minimum order required. Free shipping will automatically be applied to all orders. No coupon or discount code needed. You just need to make sure you have an eligible address. P.O Boxes may not be eligible for shipping for selected products. To confirm this you will need to add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to shipping method.
Please take note that FREE shipping only applies to Standard Shipping with no tracking. Porcupus is not liable for any packages lost during shipping.
What shipping method will you be using? We offer FREE standard shipping (no tracking), Recorded Standard Shipping, as well as International Courier. All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions regarding shipping.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive? Each product is created especially for you and production time would take an estimated 3 to 5 working days. Shipping within the U.K will be an additional 3 to 5 working days and an additional 7 to 10 working days for all other international orders. Please allow additional waiting time for orders that are placed during the festive season (i.e. Christmas, Black Friday, etc.)
Please take note that actual delivery time frames may vary due to weather delays, service delays and festive seasons.
My order hasn't arrive. What should I do? In some cases, your order will be returned to us due to the following reasons.

Will I be charged taxes for my purchase? Porcupus does not charge any additional fees for taxes but you may be required to pay customs fees (i.e. taxes, duties, etc.) upon delivery to obtain your purchase. We do not offer refunds for shipping, and the cost of your order, should you choose not to pay the customs fees and opt to return the package to sender. We also do not offer refunds on the customs fees if in the event you choose to return the products for store credit. Porcupus works with an international team of artists, manufacturers and shipping partners. A majority of our products are printed and processed for shipping within 48 hours while some might take up to 5 business days. During the festive seasons, printing and shipping delays may be expected. How do I calculate the estimated shipping cost?
